ACCREDITATION
For Up & Running Course: It's Online Course. We offer a live-online course every Friday. Recorded courses available for you to catch up. You will receive CE credit as you finish each lesson. Please contact Becca at implant@smilewave.com with questions about CE certificates.
ACCOMMODATIONSOn-site, Hands-On Courses: All attendees will be responsible for their lodging and transportation. Our team will provide information concerning course locations and accommodations to you via e-mail. Lunch will be provided on-site unless otherwise noted. Attendees will be responsible for their breakfast and dinner.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You must submit a notice of cancellations in writing to our Program Director, Jayden Chun, by e-mailing him at implant@smilewave.com at least 15 days before any course start date. In the event of a cancellation, the attendee will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable fee ($300). Suppose the cancellation is less than 15 days from Fellowship, Mastership. In that case, Diplomate courses start date Real World Implantology will keep half of what has already been paid by the attendee as a cancellation fee. Online Up & Running accounts are non-refundable upon online account activation. All Real World Implantology course logistics are subject to change.
CREATING ONLINE ACCOUNTS
Online Up & Running accounts are each associated with only one e-mail address specified on your registration form. You will be billed accordingly for any additional accounts associated with other e-mail addresses. Real World Implantology is not obligated to issue a refund for any duplicate (or additional) accounts registered by the user.
FINANCING AND PAYMENT PLANS
We offer payment plans for Fellowship, Mastership, and Diplomate courses. Payments can be split into three or four equal payments, depending on your course bundle. For more details concerning payment planning, please contact our Program Director, Jayden Chun, by e-mailing him at implant@smilewave.
